(More customer reviews)This booklet has a well-organized array of hand creams and treatments that are pretty simple to make. Because of the lack of preservatives in the formulas, most of the finished products have a limited shelf life and need to be kept in the refrigerator. I would say that people who suffer from dry, chapped hands will find this book most helpful.
