My favorites are raisin bread pudding, turkey ham and fruit sandwiches, black pepper steak with mixed salad greens. They are lean and low fat. I can indulge without feeling guilty.
Another thing I like about this book is that it has color pictures for all the recipes. I find it helpful to see pictures as reference.
For those who enjoy cooking and stay in shape, this is the cookbook you want to get. I'm glad I got it.
