I have tried several recipes and they were all delicious. The single most important item I learned about is drinking the Nature's Plus Spiru-tein in the morning. I don't crave sugar and don't get the blinding hungries anymore. The "Original Bran Muffin" recipe is the best. I add walnuts and millet and flax seeds to mine.
