I am so pleased that Ms. Elliott has created another resource for healthy eating for the family (I have her other cookbooks, too, and they are all great). This book features vibrant photography, clear and manageable directions, and provides recipes that are delicious and easy. I also like that the recipes feature healthy ingredients that are easy to find locally. Although targeted to babies and toddlers, the recipes we tried were enjoyed by my older children, as well. I highly recommend this cookbook.
