(More customer reviews)I've tried two recipes so far in this book, and both are fabulous! The buttermilk biscuits were a definite hit. The "Exceptional Handmade Spelt Whole Grain Bread" was wonderful although I did use half whole grain spelt and half white spelt flour. I scaled the recipe down (divided by 8) and put in my bread machine. I did have to add a little more flour, but the results didn't disappoint. I highly recommend this book.
