I love this book, it contains 70 recipes for every day. Each recipe is so easy to follow and comes with a beautiful photos, I love that because give me an idea of how it looks the dish at the end. The photos are not only for the final dish, some of the recipes contains photos for the step by step. This book make me love more the vegetables, because gave me a lot of ideas to prepare new dishes without using any kind of meat. I also like that the recipes are divided for each type or food, like soups, light meals,salads, etc. so when you want a special recipe, just turn around the pages and refer to the title. Each recipe give you tips for the preparation and some ideas about the variation of the same dish.
