I have given this book to multiple friends and family members who have had or are expecting a baby. Each has had rave reviews and even my cousin who is a professional chef was impressed. This book answered a lot of the questions he had including - What foods are safe for my new baby? This book is fun, simple and easy to follow, even if you're not a chef. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to save money on baby food or anyone who has a concern for there baby's nutrition.
