The recipes were easy and I loved that nutrition information is provided for each recipe. The entrees I have made for friends have yielded nothing but positive reviews and requests for the recipe. I always tell them to buy the whole book, it's fantastic. Each recipe is healthy, time conscious, easy and delicious
