I love Mexican Food and New Mexican Food, and have been eating it all my life, but as I've grown older I've had to limit my intake of Mexican Foods because of all the fat content it can have. This book is the answer to all that. I can now eat all the Mexican food i enjoy, and not have to worry about all the fat I'm consuming. I haven't gained weight in month's either. Lean and mean in Albuquerque.
