(More customer reviews)I purchased this recipe book to make homemade dog biscuits after the tainted pet food scare, and when I found my new Scnoodle puppy didn't like the store bought brands. The recipes have all the ingredients you have on hand in your kitchen, and are incredibly easy to make. The cookies I baked worked great during the "training" phase with my dog, they were excellent "reward" snacks when she was learning. They smell great when baking them. I also use chicken broth instead of water in the recipes and they add I think a whole lot more flavor for the dog. The other thing that makes it such a great book, is that when you're in a hurry and have the likes of a Bake Sale that you have to contribute to, each recipe makes a large batch, and when they were all bagged up, they actually helped make a decent dollar when others see that all natural ingredients have been used.
