(More customer reviews)The Introduction and Nutrional information are beneficial to those newly-diagnosed and family members who may be confused about diet and MS. Geraldine and Fenella give well rounded menus with different and exciting options. Some of these options are completely out of the ordinary for North American taste. My family would have nothing to do with the Kidney Savoury or Mackerel Kebabs. However, many of the recipes are tasty and easy to prepare.
