(More customer reviews)The food is worth cooking if you have the taste buds for Indian food. However, I'm more inclined to other Asian food. I've tried the Nutri Salad which filled me up. I also like the recipe Mili-Juli Subzi which has a familiar taste like a little bit of Spanish, Mexican's or Filipino's menudo and the substitute for meat is tofu. Trust me don't ever get scared of Tofu! Also, I like that they give information on how to handle high blood pressure. I believe the author needs to specify some of the food mentioned where the readers can find the ingredients for the recipe. I'm familiar to it, but some people who are reading this for the first time will feel confuse.
