(More customer reviews)This is the best book on Indian food that I have come across.It has low fat,healthy recipes and in no way does that compromise the taste of the dishes.I have almost a dozen books on Indian cooking but this is the one I refer to all the time.All the dishes I've made so far are absolutely authentic.I'm an Indian who lives in USA and love to eat authentic Indian food.This book helps me eat the way I did in India.I've had the older edition for many years and am glad to see there's a new edition now.If you have to buy one book on Indian Cooking ,get this and skip the others.You won't regret it!
