I usually only buy fresh produce from the grocery store because most foods are overprocessed or loaded with chemicals and preservatives, but this book (and The Food Bible) taught me that there are THOUSANDS of nutritious foods I can store and use to make fast meals.

This is a cookbook of very simple, lowfat, nutritious meals that can be on the table in 15 minutes or less. These meals are lowfat and nutrient dense and include power-packed veggies and whole grains. If you need more energy, these meals provide a bounty of energy. Also, only common, everyday ingredients are used, and no ingredient contains harmful additives or preservatives. This book also lists the 30 best foods to eat for energy.
