It is thoroughly researched, well-written and chock full of delicious recipes. As a busy working professional I appreciate the variety of easy to prepare meals that are nutritious and tasty. Unlike other books on weight management where calorie restriction = boring meals and few choices, you won't feel deprived. Every recipe has a nutrition analysis so that if you're counting calories, carbs, sugar or fat, this is the book for you. Kudos to the author. She has raised the standard.
