Out of full disclosure, Cary is my dad. I have never been a big fan of wheat foods, he has always liked things like cracked wheat, where I haven't ever really liked it. This way that he has developed for cooking "wheat berries" is really good. My wife and I made the taco soup the other night as our first test of his cookbook. It was great. I have also tried many other recipes, and I have enjoyed every one of them that I have tried. My favorites have been the taco soup, the taco mix and the fried wheat. My wife actually told me that she was craving wheat, and she is a really picky eater. I would recommend this book to anybody that is looking for good and healthy recipes.
